Las reuniones de amigos los viernes o fines de semana por las noches no deben estar incompletas. Las botanas son un elemento principal y pueden ser de muchos tipos y sabores. Puedes hacer botanas desde las más sencillas (no hablamos de los famosos chicharrones o papas que se compran en la tienda), hasta las más elaboradas y deliciosas. Aquí te dejamos algunas recetas muy recomendadas por el equipo de Kiwilimón para que elijas la que más sea conveniente para esa noche de amigos y la prepares. Una botana exquisita pero sencilla de preparar. Tapas de Jamón Serrano Una botana / aperitivo española de jamón serrano y una buena baguette. Esparrágos Envueltos en Jamón Serrano Aperitivo facil y rico de espárragos envueltos en jamón serrano. Palitos de ensalada capresse Un aperitivo super bonito de ensalada capresa de jitomate y queso mozarella con albahaca. Blinis de Salmón Ahumado Una rica botana de tortitas con salmón ahumado y queso crema. Perfecta para un coctel. Dip de alcachofa con espinaca Botana fácil y cremosa para servir con pan árabe o pan tostado. La receta de dip de alcachofa es mi especialidad y siempre la sirvo en todas mis fiestas. Bruschetta de tomates y albahaca Botana italiana de panecitos con unos tomates preparados con aceite de oliva. Tambien rico si combinado con un poco de jamón serrano encima. Dedos de Queso Queso empanizado con especies italianas. Dip de Garbanzos También conocido como hummus, esta botana árabe es delicosa.
