Una buena forma de consumir las porciones de frutas y verduras recomendadas al día es en jugos o licuados. Para prepararlos de forma más rápida puedes tener todos los ingredientes limpios y picados en el congelador, así sólo tendrás que meterlos a la licuadora o al procesador al momento.
